Ms. Taylor conducts seminars and keynotes on mental health and trauma for first responders, teachers and other groups. Ms. Taylor has made invaluable contributions to public and private business sectors with her work on vicarious trauma, trauma informed environments, and employee wellness. Ms. Taylor has worked with The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, The U.S. Department of Forestry-Eastern Region, various school districts, police departments and communities of color. Recognizing that there is a high prevalence of stigma when it comes to employee mental health, Ms. Taylor has made it her mission to partner with various business sectors to provide support and viable solutions to addressing employee mental health and trauma.

Ms. Taylor also consults with and provides services to businesses and industries who are looking to increase productivity, culture and retention. This might include small to medium businesses and corporate sectors, hospitality, NPO’s, public, private & charter schools, healthcare agencies, independent living communities and social groups.

Ms. Taylor is also a psychotherapist holding dual licensure in Arizona and Wisconsin.
